Reclaim your time and energy

to become the man and Dad

that you know you can be.

What is a Deliberate Dad?

Most dads are living on default.

Working 50 hour weeks. Missing bedtimes. Running on fumes. Choosing between being successful or being present.

Bollocks to that.

A Deliberate Dad makes intentional choices. He designs his life instead of letting life happen to him. He knows what matters most and acts on it. He's present at home AND sharp at work.

Being deliberate means:

• Saying no to the 80% that doesn't matter

• Having systems that work when kids are ill and work's mental

• Creating time for what actually counts

• Being proud of how you show up everywhere

It's not about balance. It's about being deliberate with every choice you make and every action you take.

Who I help and how I help them.

I work with driven dads who are sick of choosing between success and family.

You might be:

• A founder or exec drowning in 60+ hour weeks and life admin.

• Already successful but one bad week from burning out

• Missing moments with your kids that you'll never get back

• Living off to-do lists where nothing actually moves the needle

I help you install the Deliberate OS™ a proper operating system for your life that gets you 10+ hours back each week.

We get your clarity, consistency and mental resilience so you have time, space and energy for everyone that matters including yourself.

Increasing your presence at home without sacrificing your ambition at work.

A life of more meaning, more moments and more money.

About me

A smiling man with two young children inside a room with a large window. One child is an infant in a white bib, and the other is a young girl wearing a decorative crown. Greenery is visible outside the window.

I'm Steve. Dad to Pearl and Lenny. Husband to Jess.

And I help driven dads reclaim their time without sacrificing their edge.

My story: Had a mini breakdown at 32 over birthday breakfast. Realised I was doing everything for everyone except living my own life. Working constantly, missing moments, always "too busy."

That breakdown became my breakthrough.

I hired a coach, completely redesigned how I lived, and discovered being "deliberately selfish" was the key to showing up for everyone who mattered.

Now I run a thriving coaching business, never miss bedtime (unless I choose to), take Friday afternoons with Pearl, and still hit my business goals. Not because I'm special - because I built systems that work.

Every dad deserves to be proud of how he shows up. At work AND at home. You shouldn't have to choose.

I've helped dozens of dads install their Deliberate OS™ and reclaim 10+ hours every week. They're getting promotions, building businesses, AND being the dads they want to be.

Because the best time to start living deliberately? It's right bloody now.
