The Lock In is for men who know that they could make a change or improvement in their lives and who are prepared to take personal responsibility.
Men who are open to the potential benefits that coaching might offer, that are up for learning something new and keen to improve the fundamentals of their mental fitness alongside people like them.

This event is just for men because in my experience it has been difficult for men to reach out when they need some support to improve their lives.
And I want to really help people like me a couple of years ago.
The techniques and concepts introduced in coaching have made a huge immeasurable difference in my life and they would do the same with others if they’re open to it.
The Lock In will bridge that gap.
An evening in a familiar setting with a great bunch of lads, getting a real taster of some of the most impactful techniques coaching has to offer.

The Lock In is on Weds 6th September in a private room in a Central London Pub.
So we will have the space all to ourselves and will be setup in a similar way if you were going to watch a match. No weird seat setups here!
The actual pub location will be messaged to you a couple of weeks before the event.

The evening will be challenging, fun and thought provoking in equal measure and will start with a welcome drink in a private room in the pub where you can say hello to your fellow attendees!
Then once we’re warmed up, the rest of the evening is what I’m calling a mental gym induction.
Over the evening I’ll introduce a number of different concepts through stories, audio and video - all of which have had a massive impact on my life.
We’ll then break up into smaller groups to do an exercise that will help you practice the concept I’ve just shared.
The best way to learn something isn’t just reading or hearing about it, it’s to actually put it into practice- exactly like the gym.
If you don’t do the reps, nothing will change.
And of course there will be plenty of time to have some delicious food and get to know your fellow attendees.

There will be a range of people from different backgrounds all of who have different aspects they want to improve and create in their lives.
However, I will be curating the group to ensure that all attendees are open to learning something new, will get something from the event and will bring something to it as this is essential for group events to be successful.

Needing something to ‘fix’ to get the benefits out of coaching is one of the biggest misconceptions out there.
Yes, you can come with a problem or issue and this event may help you find a solution but it’s not essential.
Coaching is all about creating what you want. Ultimately the life you want. Being the person you actually want to be. Helping you see the possibilities if you want to see it.
This event is for anyone that wants to create a life that they actually want and are ready to take personal responsibility for making that happen.

If you come open to the possibility that you could discover something that could change your life for the better, you listen and participate in the evening to your fullest and take action after the event- then I guarantee that it will have a positive impact on your life.
If you come closed, don’t participate, bring a low level of attention and treat it as a nice one, off event with no subsequent action- then I can guarantee that nothing will change.
